Displaying Water Table Levels, Flow Direction for Predicting Construction Techniques Using Geographic Information: Case Study of Kumba (South West, Cameroon)

چکیده

The rapid economic growth of the town present matter water issue as a problem to human life life, construction agriculture, etc. This study is predict techniques foundation through displaying table at flow direction in Kumba and GIS. It characterized by significant research question which level fall rise groundwater levels within this influence on choice types construction. directed decision makers, technicians field develop policies facilitating supervision when building informing about depth its town. To achieve this, depths static were measured over 200 randomly selected hand-dug wells Kumba, after their geolocation data collected during dry season (November March 2017) rainy (between April October 2017). Data analyzed treated using Microsoft Excel GIS software us Golden Surfer, Global Mapper, ArcGIS. results show variations those areas that may threaten Quarter Station, Mile 1, Bulletin Street (Fongong Quarter), parts Fiango deep proper for shallow but very hard supply borehole. Groundwater was revealed be towards south southeastern Kumba. propose technician direct application chosen foundations according quarter proposed possibilities.
